This would depend on the number of tokens sold. As long as you meet the minimum required tokens (and other criteria) for that tier level, your status will remain unchanged.
Can I upgrade my tier level?
Yes you can. Simply have a look at the Tier requirements to see what is required from you to reach the next Tier. Your Tier level will change based on your interaction with your BTAF Tokens and BitcoinTAF products. For

Are Tier 3 and Tier 4 the same?
